Job Description & Responsibility

  •  Visit potential and existing clients to capture sales lead and analyze client’s needs
  •  Ensure own sales targets are met set by departmental head
  •  Pre-sales preparation, sales presentation, negotiation of sales contract, conversion of prospects to customers and sales service to be providing by the customer service department
  •  To build long term relationship with customers
  •  Preparation of company’s documents such as, proposal, reports, application forms letters etc
  •  Create New Distributors within Jharkhand and Outside of Jharkhand
  •  Manage all new Sales Process and manage all new installations within Jharkhand and outside Jharkhand
  •  Manage all after sales service, train employees about after sales service so that they can reply and give service
  •  Manage all distributors after sales service and new sales
  •  Create new installation points and after sales service points
  •  Report on marketing & sales activities to the top management
  •  Train other Sales and After Sales Colleagues
  •  Monitoring sales & collection activities of field forces/distributors
  •  Visit clients, attend queries and ensure customer satisfaction
  •  Be up to date regarding market intelligence to assist the organization to identify business opportunities in the field of GPS/VTS business

Academic Requirements

  •  BBA/MBA/Masters in Marketing/Sales/Management/IT/MIS

Additional Job Requirements

  •  The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
    Sales & Marketing, Sales Administration, Organization Development
  •  The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
    Telecommunication, ISP, IT Enabled Service, Multinational Companies, Group of Companies
    Job Requirements
  •  2-3 years leadership experience (Telco/ISP experience an advantage)
  •  Develop tools, templates and guidelines for corporate communication products and ensure visual coherence of the our brand
  •  Provide marketing strategies tailored to specific clients’ needs

Salary Range
